great stay with city views

friendly staff city view yummy breakfast

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room had amazing view of city. breakfast was yummy and had many choices, i specially enjoyed it on the balcony. the hotel is located close to rustaveli metro station, only a five minute walk.

the bathroom had a slight smell, but it wasn't too bad.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a good variety of options and tasted great! The room was clean, and it had all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the beautiful city view from the balcony. It provided a wonderful backdrop to my stay.

The shower water pressure was slightly lower than I prefer. However. it was manageable.

The receptionists were very attentive, assisting with directions. and providing prompt responses to requests. They were also available at all hours. making communication easy and efficient. I did appreciate this attentive service.

The hotel had a communal kitchen available to guests. and it was equipped with a refrigerator. microwave, and basic cooking utensils. It made preparing simple meals very easy. Breakfast offered fresh coffee daily.

This location is near the city center and a metro station. The hotel is on a hill. which provides a quiet setting away from main traffic arteries. The calm was very nice after a busy day.

the staff was helpful, addressing issues as they arose (i guess that's their job).

My room had a broken curtain railing. the owner fixed it when i asked the next day, but it was still an inconvenience. also, the balcony wasn't completely private. It was separated from the neighboring balcony by a metal grill. someone could easily see into my room if the curtains weren't fully drawn, which, you know, they couldn't be at first.

The staff provided fresh towels daily. Coffee was available anytime. Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning.

spacious room balcony view broken railing grill separation

the room was spacious and clean the balcony view was good the breakfast had enough options the receptionist was helpful with directions to the funicular. the funicular provided access to the cable car and i could reach the restaurants and pubs easily.

the curtain railing in my room was broken i couldn't fully draw the curtains until it was fixed i also noticed the balcony wasn't completely private it was separated by a grill. my neighbor could potentially see into my room due to the curtains not closing properly.
